Q: What is the easiest way to restrict international calls to select users?
A1: Put them in a group… and create an outbound rule, based on Prefix, that applies only to them.
(Or add each extension to the list of allowed.)
Assuming of course, you need to dial some kind of code for international calls…ie: 011 in the USA.
A2: As craigreilly suggests, create a group, assign members to the group, then create an outbound rule for international calls that only this group can use – like numbers with a length > 10.
