ZenDesk Infrastructure IP Range Updates 10/11/2019
On October 22, 2019, we will be expanding the media IP address ranges in some regions for our Talk customers with phone numbers. Please add these new ranges (as listed in the table below) to your whitelist media IP addresses prior to October 22, 2019, to avoid service disruption.
If you do not whitelist media IP addresess in your infrastructure, then no action is required.
The following table shows the newly added ranges of media IP addresses for our Talk product. Please add these new IP ranges to your whitelist, firewall, and any other equipment that can restrict network traffic, prior to October 22, 2019, to avoid service disruption.
