Here are the steps that are needed to transfer full master DNS zones to CloudDNS.com
1st enable API within your ClouDNS control panel and create a user id and password

Add the following to the allowed list for axfr
46.166.142.35, 185.107.80.230, 2a00:1768:2001:46::/64, 2a00:1768:6001:10::/64
These are the IP addresses that must be allowed if you are doing Master zone transfers.
